Advisor RDC

Advisor RDC is a subscription-based vibration analysis solution for maintenance programs looking to monitor the health of their rotating machinery. With our help the vibration data is collected, you upload the data to your RDC interface, and our team of experts will do the analysis and notify you of machine condition and next steps within 48 hours.

How it works

How It Works

You don't have to be the expert

  1. Determine which rotating assets you would like to monitor and enter the machine specs in the Advisor RDC interface.
  2. Based on the specs you provide, we will pre-build your assets, and load them onto a portable Falcon vibration data collection tool.
  3. We ship you the Falcon, which is loaned to you for the duration of your subscription.
  4. Using the Falcon, collect vibration data on your desired machines.
  5. Simply upload the collected data to the Advisor RDC interface.
  6. A Vibration expert from ACOEM will remotely analyze all of your collected data.
  7. Within 48 hours, you will be informed with the condition of your machines via the Advisor RDC interface.

Forecast and make informed decisions

From its inception, the Advisor RDC interface was built with the end-user in mind. The web-based interface allows users to create, organize, and manage a database of their rotating machinery. In addition to monitoring machine condition, the user is supplied with actionable recommendations by ACOEM’s vibration experts, allowing maintenance to confidently fix the root of the problem.

Need to enter machine specs on-the-go? Use a tablet or smartphone. Spend most of the day at a desk? Use a computer. RDC conforms to the needs of the user and the demands of their routine.

Collect Data

It doesn't have to be difficult

Luckily, with the Advisor RDC program, there’s no need to already have a vibration data collection tool on hand because we will provide you with a OneProd Falcon. The Falcon is a portable vibration data collector with a touch screen display, wireless triaxial sensor, and a multitude of built-in features such as a stroboscope, pyrometer, and camera. Did we mention, it’s easy to use?

In order to collect vibration data with the Falcon, all that the user has to do is load a pre-built machine, place the triaxial sensor at each bearing location, and tap the “acquisition” button. After only 8 seconds at each bearing location, the sensor will record the data and transmit it to the display unit. From there, the user will transfer the saved data from the Falcon to the RDC interface, and we’ll take care of the rest. It’s that simple.
