A common source of frustration during the precision alignment process is, how can we make a controlled move when making the horizontal adjustment? We trainers often hear our clients say they don’t have jacking bolts, or pushers, etc. There have been numerous excellent blogs written on the subject of jack bolts.

Allow me to make one more suggestion. At times there are situations where time, conditions or company policy may not be conducive for installation of permanent jack bolts.
The above picture is of one of the Side Align Tool Sets available in the VibrAlign store.
The Side Align Tool Sets provide you with the ability to make precise horizontal adjustments within .001 inches or closer. They are available for securing bolt sizes from 3/8” to ¾” (AT-1104) or 3/8” to 1-1/4” (AT-1108), as well as individually as replacements.
These durable alignment tools add efficiency to an otherwise tedious, painstaking task. This tool set has been the answer for several clients I have been privileged to conduct training for.
