FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Repairs & Calibrations

What's the difference between repair and calibration?

Repair and calibration are both important for maintaining your system, but they address different issues:

Repair: Fixes malfunctions and restores functionality. This involves identifying and replacing broken parts, correcting software errors, or addressing any physical damage that prevents your system from working properly.

Calibration: Ensures accuracy and adjusts readings to match a known standard. Calibration doesn’t fix broken parts, but it identifies any discrepancies in how your system measures or performs and makes adjustments for improved precision.

How often should I send my system in for repair and calibration?

For optimal performance and potential warranty adherence, we recommend system calibration at intervals between 12 and 24 months. Please contact our office to confirm specific calibration requirements for your warranty.

Do I need to make an appointment for repairs or calibration?

Please fill out the Repair & Calibration Request Form at the top of this page. Alternatively, you can place your request through phone, by calling us at (800) 394-3279.

Do you provide the shipping label to send in our system?

We strive to complete calibrations within 72 hours, however, this timeframe may vary depending on workload. We assess each system repair individually to determine the turnaround time.
