AT-200

Laser Shaft Alignment Tool

Enhance your approach to precision shaft alignment with this tablet-based system for correcting horizontal and vertical machine misalignment.

The Alignment Sidekick

The AT-200 is your sidekick for both horizontal and vertical alignment jobs. Coupled with two wireless digital sensors, the included rugged tablet comes pre-loaded with two applications that will seamlessly guide individuals through the alignment process. Additionally, the Feet Lock™ and Target Value™ features offer enhanced control for correcting misalignment.

Capabilities & Features

  • Horizontal Alignment

Measures and helps correct misalignment while dual sensors maintain the true position of the shafts, even as unintended movements are experienced during the alignment process.

  • Vertical Alignment

Same power and ease of use as the Horizontal Alignment program. The vertical alignment program is used when aligning flanged-mounted machines.

  • Feetlock

This function allows you to select which feet are locked and which feet are adjustable. Feet Lock is available both in shimming and alignment.

  • Target Values

Pre-set target values used in your alignment work when you have to compensate for the machine’s thermal expansion.

  • PDF Reporting

The PDF report function provides a fast on-site reporting available for converting saved measurement reports into PDF files.

Compatible Applications

Template is not defined.
Tripoint Express alignment method featuring 2-second automated measurement stability icons at three points.

Tripoint Express

This method seamlessly incorporates the Tripoint approach, offering the added advantage of fully automated measurements throughout the process.
Shaft alignment tripoint method illustration showing three manual measurement points during rotation.

Tripoint

In the Tripoint method, the alignment condition can be calculated by recording three points while rotating the shaft at least 60°. In this method, all points are recorded manually by the user.
Dual Sweep Express alignment method showing automated continuous scanning across the shaft rotation arc.

Dual Sweep Express

This measurement method is similar to the classic Dual Sweep method, but with one key distinction: Data recording halts automatically when shaft rotation ceases.

Dual Sweep

The Dual Sweep method automates the measurement recording during a sweep of the shafts, providing a convenient way to assess alignment on coupled machines. By recording numerous points, a precise result is ensured. The recording of data is stopped manually by the user.
Multipoint Express method with 2-second measurement timers for rapid multi-point data collection.

Dual Multipoint Express

Similar to the classic Multipoint method, this measurement method records automated measurements for greater convenience.
Multipoint shaft alignment method showing seven discrete measurement points for high-precision data.

Dual Multipoint

The Dual Multipoint method enables measurement initiation from any position on the rotation, allowing recording of multiple points for optimized calculations. Ideal for uncoupled shafts, non-rotatable shafts, sleeve bearings or journal bearings.
